Frequently Asked Questions
Voicelator takes files up to 500MB and 1 hour in length.
It’s not designed or optimized for this use case today though you may have success depending on the content.
The accepted audio file types are Flac, mp3, mp4, mpeg, mpga, m4a, ogg, wav, or webm.
Voicelator packages do not expire in the traditional sense. Once you purchase a package, it remains available until you have used up all the minutes for splitting. For instance, if you’ve bought a 100-minute package and processed exactly 100 minutes of audio or video, you’ll need to buy a new package to continue. Even if you haven’t used it for weeks or months, the package with its minutes stays active as if you just bought it today.
Every Voicelator package limits the number of minutes of audio or video that can be split. The time taken for each split file counts against this limit. You can create as many files as you like as long as their combined duration stays within the limit of your package. For instance, with the Starter pack, which permits 10 minutes, you can divide it into one 10-minute file, two files of 5 minutes, or approximately three 3-minute files in total. This flexibility allows for varied usage within the set time constraints.
